I agree that 911 was the catalyst that PNAC was looking for to invade Iraq. I agree with the oil part too, however, I've NEVER heard dumbya say that Osama Been Forgotten had "nothing to do with 911"...I HAVE heard dumbya FINALLY admit that IRAQ had nothing to do with 911...NOT OBL.

Well Medic19800, you responded to my post that is 4 months old. My opinions have changed somewhat on this issue and I'm starting to agree that the war in Iraq was a major miscalculation on our leaders part. So I'm not going to argue with you. At the time I made that post I was closed minded and only saw what I wanted to see.

Osama had nothing to do with 9/11 even Bush says that. Our government did 9/11. We are in Iraq because Bush wanted it that way. They used 9/11 as a catalyst to go to war. All for control of the oil. Get our soldiers out of there now.

if they leave we will die soon! like a cockroach in your home if you dont kill all of them their counts will keep growing.. what they need in iraq is a very serious strategy.. i think its better if they wear civilians dress and spy to them until they discover big insurgent groups then plan an attack.. i think thats the best way to catch them..

Critonis, why don't YOU move elsewhere. In the US we have the RIGHT to crtiticize our leaders, so it seems like you'd be happier in a place where people can't do it.
These people DO appreciate their freedoms and they're using those freedoms.

if i'm not mistaken isn't president bush out of office in oh a year and a half? What's the big deal...it's a little too late to worry with impeachment now. I think we've got a bunch of sore losers (kerry fans anyone?) on our hands. I pride myself in not choosing a side because in the end any political candidate is going to do what they have to to get in office and receive the prestige included with the presidency. Just let bygones be bygones and vote next time.

They fought for the freedom to do just what they're doing, just as you have. Folks--including fellow soldiers--who denegrate war veterans who don't tow the party line are sad, sad creatures in my book. (Wingers have questioned the military history of Kerry, Murtha, & Clelland, all based on political ideology. That isn't honorable.)
