Description: Blobfest in an annual event in Phoenixville, PA where scenes from the original movie, "the Blob" were filmed. The event originated in 1999 to raise funds to renovate the Colonial Theatre which was featured prominantly in the movie. Every year they reinact the famous scene where the blob chases people of the theatre. |
