ByronGiant ::: Favorites I don't train any MMA at all. The local scene is kind of on-again-off-again, due to the fact that anyone with a high talent level is off fighting elsewhere. If I could train, I'd throw myself into BJJ and Muay Thai. Those two disciplines seem to cover 80% of the skill sets out there. There's only so much you can do while watching instructional vids, and old PPV DVDs lol. ByronGiant ::: Favorites Well I appreciate all the info I can get, so thanks! I'm never too serious about picking the winners on fights where I've never heard of the fighters. I just use one simple rule, "I've heard of one fighter... There must be a good reason... So pick that one!". If I've never heard of either fighter I usually don't care, and will say nothing about the fight... I only really care if they put on good fights or not. I disagree about using the nickname in Ireland. He was called "The Irish Hand Grenade" not "The Catholic Hand Grenade" or "The Protestant Hand Grenade".
