Great video. I'm curious if you have any tips on helping me work out my left arm. Because I was born without a left hand (missing from the wrist), I do almost all of my daily things using my right arm, leaving my left arm basically out of shape. If you know a good tip on how to work out my left arm, please respond.

I think the key is to eat in moderation. Just listen to your body when it tells you to eat or to stop eating. And especially be careful to not stuff yourself with fastfood or even restaurant food, it always seems to be loaded with salt or something to make it taste good but it will mess you up later that night. Ham subs from subway with lots of oil and vinegar is my favorite fast food.

Throughout the past few years I have battled with myself to do regular weight lifting and exercise, and I've found that the motivation is key to success..100% mental. Your current mental and emotional state will have a huge effect in your fitness level. I have trouble eating well 100% of the time. I wouldnt recommend neglecting food; eat solids, drink water, stay away from caffeine, eat proteins and carbs followed by moderate exercise and I find that to work for me to maintain fitness levels.

Yeah i really have to get back on the health track too, been way to lazy latly. Thinking of getting one of those weight thingys where you have to pull them down with the arms, no idea what there called though.

Nice, I hope you like it man. Yeah I've heard water will fill you up and take away that craving.. I tend to peeeee a lot when I drink water.. I don't know if I have an overactive bladder or what but its annoying lol.. When I am doing something that makes me sweat I can chug water and not pee for hours obviously lol..

hey... wheres the kitten? :) I looked at a Kick Ass Gym today. I got 2 guest passes to check it out before I join. I do eat very well and I'm starting to drink more water. Yes... soda is bad... so is juice. Lots of calories in juice. When you get the cravings for the carbs or junck food, I down a big glass of water. Ok... I have more to say so I will have to make a video I guess lol - L8R
