OK First: After 8 hours after you ate something walk/run or jog for atleast an hour this way your body will only burn the fat, this way your muscles will be more defined then this obvious weight lifting B.S. Second:Stretch the Muscle good before any workout this way it will get more defined faster Third: ever notice alot of weightlifters are fat out of shape looking but bodybuilders are not hmm..1st..2nd..3rd

The problem with me is the cardio stuff. I like to lift weights but I don't like to jog or do cardio stuff. I don't even like to stretch. lol, but yeah thanks...I'll try not to quit any time soon!

LOL, nah, I don't drink. haha. It's the high protein intake. I gained 24 pounds in two months. I need to work out my abs everyday cause if I didnt, my belly would be 10 times bigger! LOL
